Order status and parcel tracking are different

An item can be purchased, shipped domestically, stored in the warehouse and later combined into an international parcel. PikoBuy’s beginner guide says tracking information is available within three days after parcel dispatch. Account-specific delays belong with official support.

• Check whether you are viewing an order or an international parcel.
• Wait for dispatch before expecting carrier movement.
• Use the tracking number shown in the account.
• Contact official support when updates exceed the published expectation.
